Nachdem ich mich gestern recht wenig bewegt habe und zusätzlich zu meiner Molke und den Säften einen Liter Joghurt über den Tag verteilt gegessen habe, war ich heute morgen erstaunt, dass die Waage 80kg angezeigt hat. An den beiden letzten Tagen habe ich jeweils nur ein halbes Kilogramm abgenommen. Der Gewichtsverlust scheint also nicht zeitlich unmittelbar mit der Kalorienaufnahme oder dem Kalorienverbrennen zusammenzuhängen.
Eben habe ich mir einen Apfel in einen Joghurt geschnitten, ich denke heute mittag werde ich mir einen Salat machen. Morgen werde ich dann vermutlich wieder "normal" essen, obwohl ich vermutlich keinen besonderen Appetit haben werde...
